About me

Caroline N Nduati

I am currently open and accepting new patients from ages 18 to 65. Your mental health journey is unique, and I am here to provide support tailored to your specific needs.

Caroline specializes in ADHD/ADD assessments, depression/mood disorders and anxiety. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Walden University, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Chamberlain University in Atlanta, Georgia. I have over 10 years of nursing experience having worked in different clinical settings including: hospitals in the ER, Medical/Surgical and Orthopedics units, inpatient Rehabilitation units, assisted living facilities, home health and private practice.

I am a mother and recently moved from Atlanta, Georgia and yes, I still carry an umbrella! During my free time I love to spend time with my family, listen to music, read, and meet new people in social gatherings.

My practice is centered on the patient, ensuring that their perspectives, preferences, and values are considered. I am geared towards a collaborative journey to craft a personalized treatment plan aimed at promoting the patient’s well-being and achieving positive mental health clinical outcomes.

I provide care that is evidence-based, integrating the latest research to optimize outcomes for my patients as well as empowering them with strategies such as self-care that play an integral role in mental well-being.

I look forward to meeting and working with you!

"Mental health problems don’t define who you are. They are something you experience. You walk in the rain and you feel the rain, but you are not the rain."
